Who are the Archelon
Long before the first reef, the Archelon swam. Ten-foot shells, bioluminescent seams, older than the currents that carry them. They surface once a generation and only when enough divers answer the call.
2,222 were counted in the last Migration. No more have ever been seen since. Each shell pattern, seam color, and depth marking is unrepeated across the entire colony.
They do not mint. They surface logged, verified, and claimed one signal at a time.
First sightings from the trench
Four specimens surfaced early for scouting. The rest of the colony stays sealed until Migration Phase 01.
